In this Policy, "Application" and "Applications" mean the website www.seenspire.com, the Seenspire web application (app.seenspire.com) and the website www.digitalsignagecontent.ai.
This Policy also applies to business contact information that Seenspire obtains from third-party sources in order to contact businesses about its products ("Business Contact Information"), as described in sections 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7.

- Marketing cookies: measure advertising and show you relevant advertisements on other platforms

- Technical Information: computer and device data, IP address, location
- History and Logs: IP address, browser type, URLs, clicks, interactions, domain names, pages viewed, timestamps, user activities

- Generator Information: the company website address you enter into the playlist generator on digitalsignagecontent.ai, and the playlist created from it
- Marketing Attribution Information: the advertisement or campaign that brought you to the Applications (campaign tags and click identifiers)
- Communications: live chat transcripts, emails and support requests
- Session Recordings: recordings of how you use pages of the Applications (clicks, scrolling and navigation), where you have consented
- Business Contact Information: name, job title, employer, business email address, professional profile (such as LinkedIn) and work location. Seenspire obtains this from third-party sources, not from you

Social Media Information- Purpose: Feeding Applications and catering to user needs; enabling curation and publication of user-generated and brand-owned content on public screens
- Lawfulness: Necessary for contract performance (connecting your accounts and publishing the content you choose); legitimate interest (displaying publicly available brand content)
Personal Information- Purpose: Answer questions, customer support, account management, account creation, access to Applications, personalized services, partner information, monitoring improvements, social media linking, communications about services and products, promotional offers, contests, events, surveys, direct marketing
- Lawfulness: Necessary for contract performance (accounts, access, support and service messages); legitimate interest (improving the Applications, partner information and marketing to businesses); consent where the law requires it (for example electronic marketing to individuals)
Technical Information- Purpose: Authentication, license management, caching, customer support, personalized services, performance monitoring, improvements, statistical and diagnostic purposes, accessibility, effectiveness monitoring
- Lawfulness: Necessary for contract performance (authentication, license management and support); legitimate interest (performance, security, diagnostics and statistics)
History and Logs- Purpose: Tailor Applications to use patterns; monitor and improve Applications
- Lawfulness: Legitimate interest (securing, monitoring and improving the Applications)
Cookies- Purpose: Authentication, customer support, media fetching, access granting, improvements, user experience enhancement

Generator Information- Purpose: Creating and showing your playlist, setting up your trial account if you claim it, and following up on it

Business Contact Information- Purpose: Contacting businesses by email about Seenspire's products and services, usually because someone at the organisation used one of Seenspire's tools

Consent RightsConsent is freely given and may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior Processing, Processing based on legitimate interest, or Processing continuing on legitimate interest grounds.Seenspire may Process Personal Data for additional legitimate interests and will notify users of such reasons through Policy updates.Use of AI and Automated DecisionsThe playlist generator on digitalsignagecontent.ai uses artificial intelligence to create a playlist from the public content of the website address you enter. Sharing Principles:Seenspire shares only the Personal Data that is adequate, relevant and necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy.Personal Data may be shared with third parties for storing and Processing (newsletters, query responses, Application enablement, optimization).Processors and Sub-Processors act under Seenspire's responsibility and are governed by Data Processing Agreements compliant with applicable data protection law requirements.Seenspire does not sell or trade Personal Data. Where you have consented to marketing or analytics cookies, limited information about your use of the Applications is shared with advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta, Google and Microsoft), as described in the Cookie Policy.5. Disclosure Required by Law or to Protect Rights
Seenspire may disclose Personal Data, where it has a legal obligation or a legitimate interest to do so, if:- Required by law
- Compliance with judicial inquiries, orders, or litigation is necessary
- Enforcement of terms and conditions or protection of Application security, quality or integrity is needed
- Response to claims regarding Personal Data violating third-party rights is required
- Protection of Seenspire's rights, property, safety, employees, users, and the public is warranted
Seenspire may disclose Personal Data to police, judicial authorities, or governmental bodies if deemed useful or necessary for investigating fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other harmful activities.6. Direct Marketing
Seenspire uses Personal Data for direct marketing to inform users about products, improvements, new features, updates, educational information, case studies, and events. Seenspire sends marketing emails to customers, trial users and business contacts on the basis of its legitimate interest, and asks for consent where the law requires it (for example before sending electronic marketing to individuals who are not customers). Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.Business-to-business emails.Seenspire may send emails about its products to Business Contact Information on the basis of its legitimate interest, without prior consent, where the law allows this. How Will My Personal Data Be Retained?
Retention Periods:Social Media Information- For as long as the social media account stays connected, and deleted within 30 days after it is disconnected or the contract ends
Personal Information- For the duration of the contract, and 6 years afterwards for records Seenspire must keep by law (such as invoices). Information about leads and trial users who do not become customers is deleted 24 months after the last contact
Technical Information- Up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised
History and Logs- Up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised
Cookies- See the Cookie Policy
Generator Information, Marketing Attribution Information and Communications- 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer
Session Recordings- Up to 13 months
Business Contact Information- Deleted within 12 months of being obtained if you do not engage with Seenspire. If you ask Seenspire to stop contacting you, it stops immediately and keeps only what is needed to make sure you are not contacted again
Personal Data is retained in Seenspire's databases and in the databases of its Processors and Sub-Processors. Users may request a list of these Processors and Sub-Processors.8. How Are My Personal Data Safeguarded?
Seenspire makes reasonable efforts to protect Personal Data confidentiality with appropriate technical and organizational measures safeguarding against loss, incorrect use, and unauthorized modification. Only authorized Processors, Sub-Processors, employees, agents, and contractors access this data.Security measures include SSL encryption, data encryption, and industry best practices maintained by technicians and automated systems.However, internet data transmission always carries risks, and security cannot be fully guaranteed.9. International Transfers of Personal Data
Seenspire may transfer Personal Data to countries outside the United Kingdom through Processors and Sub-Processors. Where transfers are made to countries that have not been deemed adequate by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, Seenspire ensures equivalent protection levels through appropriate safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the UK-US data bridge), as applicable.Where Seenspire processes Personal Data of individuals in the European Economic Area, such processing is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and transfers outside the EEA are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate mechanisms as required.10. What Rights Do I Enjoy?

- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data without undue delay
- Deletion of your Personal Data
- Obtain and transfer Personal Data to another Controller or Processor

- Receive Personal Data in structured, common, machine-readable format
- Object to Processing that is based on legitimate interest, and object at any time to the use of your Personal Data for direct marketing
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where Processing is based on consent
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated Processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects

Seenspire responds within one month, free of charge.Right to Complain:If you are located in the United Kingdom, you may file complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk/.If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may file complaints with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence. Changes to This Policy
Seenspire may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on the Applications, and the date of the most recent revision is displayed above. Changes take effect when the updated Policy is published. If a change materially affects how Seenspire uses Personal Data it already holds about you, Seenspire will notify you in advance, for example by email or through the Applications.12.
